New Jaguar XJ: an owner’s review by Richard Madeley

Wed, 07 Jul 2010

Richard and his new Jaguar XJ outside the Colomb d'Or Restaurant in Saint-Paul de Vence. Regular readers will remember that Richard Madeley took a Jaguar XK Convertible for a blat down to Cornwall and back last year to give us his feedback. There's a 2015 Ford Mustang convertible on the way, too

Thu, 05 Dec 2013

Almost immediately after the Ford Mustang debuted, buyers could choose from three body styles -- a hardtop, a rag-top convertible and a fastback (which actually came out a few months later than the hardtop and convertible). We already knew that the 2015 Mustang will arrive as a fastback (sorry, notchback partisans), but Ford has just announced that a drop-top version is also in the works. Pictures of the convertible sport a shiny "5.0" badge on the side and and chrome "GT" badge on the back, but we assume all the standard engines -- the 5.0-liter V8, 3.7-liter V6 and that new 2.3-liter EcoBoost turbo-four -- will be offered.

Lexus GS-F coming. Says Lexus. Apparently

Sun, 05 Dec 2010

Lexus GS from SEMA. The Lexus GS-F won't be so OTT You’ll forgive us for the less than assertive headline, we hope. Because we’ve been hearing from lots of places – our sources and the sources of others – that Lexus are going to endow its GS with a serious amount of V8 grunt (actually, the last report we ran was that Lexus were giving the GS a V10) to take on the uber-exec expresses from the Germans (and the XFR) and create a Lexus GS-F.
